4-Way Telecaster Mod help.

Heya, ive recently purchased a tele mod 4-way switch off the 'bay and need some help in 'isolating the neck pickup'..

Is all I need to to is solder a wire from the bottom of the pickup to the bottom volume pot, or is there more?

You just need to ground it to anything metal (bridge, a pot etc.) and you are done.

Yeah, but where does the wire come from on the pickup?
