Checking TXT Messages Online

The screen on my cell phone has broken for a while now and I have 30 unread text messages. From what I hear (from multiple people), I can read those text messages on the internet. I'm on Verizon Wireless but when I go to the site I get lost and confused. Can anyone help/direct me where to go and what to do? Thx

I heard its possible too. You should consult with your handbook and/or verizon to clarify how. I've never had to do it, so I can't say much besides that it is possible.

Blech, no one? I've done everything I can possibly think of and I'm stuck. I hate having messages and not being able to read them.

To make it easier, does your phone have a SIM card? Because if it does, then you could use somebody else's phone(as long as they're with the same company), put your SIM card in theirs, and then check your messages.
