Mxtabs - the future?

it has been around 6 months since the mpa incident. the site was put back up a few months ago, although it has many bugs. there was also a open letter by mx.
so i was wondering what will be happening to it, have there been any new issues to do with the mpa and licensces etc?
i dont know if mx browses the tab topics but if he is, i hope he gives an answer.

I don't think anyone has an idea as to what is going on.
Hopefully MX is just waiting until this whole thing gets sorted out before he starts putting effort back into the site.

It could do with a bit of fixing up :(
