i think its a korg 10. it tunes bass and guitar. it has a feature where u can tune down like a few flat notes but it never lets me tune done a full step.

my korg does down 5 semi tones and also does a low B (LB) so you'd be able to achieve that tunning on my korg

The way I've always done any altered tunings (my tuner sucks) is to fret the strings natural note (EADG, whatever) in relation to the detuned note and tune to that. For instance, detuning the E string to B: Fret E string at the fifth fret (A) and tune down til it's E = Open B. Basically fret the difference between the natural note and the target note. If you're tuning up, do the opposite in relation to the twelth fret. Example - A string to B: Fret tenth fret on the a string (G) and tune up until it's A. Wow, that sounds really complicated. I should just get a better tuner. :(

Play the 2nd fret on the A string and let it ring

Tune the E string down till it is one octave below that B you have just fretted (2nd on the A)

Then fret the 7th fret on the E string, and tune the A string down till they are the same note.

Then the 5th fret on the A and do as you would nomally

Hope that helped, it's how I do it when I'm not with my guitarist

What you need is a chromatic tuner, look into boss. They're less than £15
