Favorite brands of cymbals?

What are your favorite types of cymbals. Mine are definately Sabian. But, second would be Paiste.

I like Paiste, Sabian and Bosphorus. I used to be heavily into Zildjian but they aren't as appealing anymore.

Mine are Istanbul, cymbals from Turkey. They've got some really great sounding and unique cymbals.

Same. I've never understood them really. I prefer Paiste and Sabian

I like sabian and paiste, haven't played any istanbuls or meinls, but i want to. I like really dark, full sounding cymbals, and zildjians just lack something. They sound empty to me.

paiste and istanbul. one type of cymbal i like from zildjian is the Z Series. thats bassically the only cymbal i like from them.

Im a Zildjian guy.

Sabians IMO dont really fill the sound im looking for. Ive played AAX's and Hand Hammered's but my one true love will always be A's. Although ive been playing a lot more unpopular brands to find out what I could add as an addition.

i'm gonna say Paiste because the 2oo2s are basically the ideal cymbals for me. i'll go around and use some other brands, like some meinl splashes, 14'' A Custom fast crashes, and zildjian Quickbeats(not new beats...blah), and i like sabian artisan stuff for jazz, but i mainly love paiste
