Really, jazz drumming isnt about certain songs so much. It's about improvisation, playing what fits and groove. So, listen to the song, play something that fits and grooves nicely through improvisation.

The way to learn jazz drums is to listen to a TON of jazz. Figure out what you like, who you like, what/who you don't, etc. I'm sure there are plenty of other threads with plenty of jazz reccomendations.

ghostnote is completely right. Its all about feeling the other instruments in the group. once you understand the music you will understand where to place your impovisations and more importantly how to do it. the more you can connect with the feeling of the other players in the group, the easier it becomes. this is what i find.

I've never really found any one single thing that seperates jazz drumming from regular styles, but it always sound like jazz drumming.

Not that up on my jazz theory yet, but have a good look and a good listen. Listen to it, and pick up on the feel and beat. Imitate it. Then play with it.

And make sure you enjoy the fills, seen some excellent jazz/fusion style fills.

Jazz drumming has a different approach and feel. Same as what makes all music different.
It's all about the ride pattern... or the bossa pattern... and the improvisation

While Jazz drumming is all about the feel and approach, a great drummer to listen to is Elvin Jones. Incredible artist, worked wonders with brushes.
