saw this bass in a local music store, cost is 6500 kr(8-9kr ~ 1$).
Dont know the word for it but it isnt new, someone else has had it before the music store.

Question is: is it a good bass for the money?
tested it and it was kinda smooth playing :p

Is this for a first bass? I looks like a solid beginner bass.

It looks like a solid second bass, too.

If 8-9kr ~ 1$, that turns into about 700 ~ 800$ for that 200$ bass. I don't know what your situation is, but that's a lot of coin for something like that, especially if it's used.:-\

Ive got that in the 5 string and it might just be mine but the action sucks on it other then that i loved the feel of it and the tone wasnt that bad. Its cheap also. Try it out, you may like it.

I do have the 5 string version, but they changed something in it from when i bought it and how they make it now... the pick ups look different but i dont know the specific changes...

this was my 2nd bass and im in love with it. it's incredibly solid. mine has taken 1 hell of a beating but it still plays wonderfully. the only problems ive had is a loose knob which i easily fixed, and an input problem caused by a band mate.... no big though.

i highly reccomend it! for the price it's fantastic.

But honestly, 6500 kr used? That's a hell of a lot of money for that bass. If I were you, I'd consider a used Warwick or something for about the same price.

Yeah I would seriously talk them down from that price.

Solid bass, but not worth that kind of money.

I LURV peavey, had a milestone IV as a starter (P bass copy) far superior to a squier an just more xpensive than a Affinity, i now have A grind BXP, the P-J active they made that was replaced with the budget Cirrus an i love it

If by KR you mean a Krooni, then it's more like 12 per USD. But still, $524.82 is a bit much. The price should be more like 2700 KR to 3700 KR.

Of course, the basses do have to be shipped to Estonia, so you could be paying for customs as well.

Oh yes, and the term is "used."

He's Swedish, so he probably means krona. And then his estimation is fairly correct.

1 U.S. dollar = 7.40208887 Swedish krona
1 Swedish krona = 0.135097 U.S. dollar
6500 Swedish krona = 878.1305 U.S. dollar

$ 878.-

that's a lot :smash:

That's a hell of a lot, even for Sweden. Don't buy.

Oh. I've never heard of the Krona. I've only heard of Kroonis.

I'm bad. I'm sorry.

Got one myself, and I only payed 1650 kr for it.... It's a nice bass, but not too sturdy though... I assume threadstarter is from denmark, so..
