Gallagher is one of my favourite blues singer/guitarists.
So anyone who shares my liking, post here to discuss.

I was at Rory Gallagher Memorial Square in Cork there like two weeks ago.
It was pretty cool. It had this really weird statue thing...

I'm amazed I missed this thread.

Ever since I first got my record player running I've beeing picking up every one of his albums I can find!

My favorite albums by far are

Aiwht Irish Tour coming in a close 3rd.

Also, I was downtown and found a DVD bootleg of one of his live shows before he passed away and he was still rocking till the end.

I'd love to find DVD's of him. I have almost all of his records on vinyl, and some on my computer. I love him, he had amazing chops. As well as a unique style for the earlier 70's.

I have:
Tattoo
Irish Tour
Live in Europe
Rory Gallagher
Defender

Hey, I'm only after gettin into rory gallagher lately. Got Tattoo 2 weeks ago. I picked it up in a bargain bin at a tiny little music shop at home and all I can say is WOW! It's amazing. He can really play slide guitar. I can't believe he isn't being exposed more on the radio here in Ireland. My absolutely favourite song is "who's that comin". I really love his style of blues playing.
