Okay, in case you don't know, this is a movie starring Kiefer Sutherland, Michael Douglas, and Eva Longoria, and it is about a traitor in the Secret Service.

Has anybody seen it yet? I think it looks great, and was looking for some opinions on it.

That is exactly what I thought when I saw the commercial for the first time. I just said to my dad, "24 the movie.", and thats what it looks like. Im probably not going to see it, because there is no way im going to pay for what I can see every Monday night at 8. Or maybe its tuesday, I can't remember.

It sucked, and if you picture Kiefer as Jack then your respect of Jack will go down immensely. He didn't even say "WE'RE RUNNING OUT OF TIME!!" or "DAMNIT!" once, and he only shot one or two people.

Also the writers of the movie should take advice from the writers of 24. I guessed who the real traitor was the first scene he was in.

I won't be able to compare, because in all honesty, I've yet to watch a single episode of 24.
I mean, it looks incredible, but I don't want to start watching it where it's at now. I need to go get the seasons on DVD.

I'd say start from 1. Definitely do not just start watching season 5 mid-season.

I watched 24 in a weird way, and all the surprise factors involving cross-seasons didn't affect me as much. Season 1 is the place to start, even if it is probably the slowest of the 5.

I'll see it, not a big fan of Douglas...but I like Keifer...so it'll be an interesting watch.
