Is it a firewire cable?

accually, it could be, my computer knowledge is barely above average, but i think it might be.

As is mine, but it's probably a firewire cable (I'm guessing).

ok, on second inspection, i dont think so.
it has that USB symbol thing, the circle with the three cables coming from it, one with a circle on the end, one with a triangle on the end, and one with a square on it.

Well if it doesn't fit in your comp's USB input its not USB.

I could be way off though...don't take computer advice from me.

It is USB 2.0, go out and buy the right cable.
