Sony did something called Planetside Reserves where you can play the game for free for a year. Course you can only get to Battle Rank 6, but whatever. Its enough to try it out.

It's pretty cool. The graphics are nice, and it's really easy to navigate around. It's also really easy to build stuff, and since you're a god, you can actually help build stuff. There's random tutorials scattered about, and side quests. It's really fun.
