Well, I'm going to get a new headset, I might as well look at other things. I saw that there is a Steelpad QcK+ for 15 dollars. The other one is 40 dollars. Is the QcK+ any good? Call me cheap, but I would feel stupid paying 40 dollars for a mousepad..

A mousepad is a mousepad. Though i'm a hypocrite because my cost $70. It's a mousepad + calculator + phone.

I have like a leather one from IKEA. It has like steel in it, with the leather stretched over top, kinda.

It's pretty nice. I hate those like foamy ones with the cloth top on them that always ends up pealing.

QcK+ is alright. It's too thin for me, though. If you're into cloth, check out a DKT pad.

The best pad on the market is the Steelpad 5L atm, though. The S&S blows.

Mousepads are important if you play games and use a low sensitivity. You'll want one that has good tracking and is long so you don't have to constantly pick up your mouse.

I thought my $5 mouse pad was expensive...

It works fine for me though.

?.? Why not save your money for something worthwhile, like a processor, or a box of twinkies.

That was like that guy who kept trying to assert that the 1/4 sec. delay that comes through wireless mice messes up your gaming.

This one actually makes sense, however. I do still think that eradicating all chance for lag by putting money into a kick-arse-processor fund will improve your gameplay more :p ... As will a box of twinkies.

Mine was 98 cents at Wal-Mart :-/

It's holding up nicely.

Eh, not really. I've never seen a bad tracking mousepad, and i've used cheap 25 cent mousepads.

I've used bad mousepads and as I mentioned, the length of a pad is important depending on the games and sensitivity.

Oh and the wireless mice delay does mess up gaming. Try playing CS competitively and playing a match for money, seeing someone, flicking your mouse to aim at them, and it delays and then you die and lose the round.

I don't use one. Why bother? It just means you have to pick up your mouse at the end of it.
