Besides the mentioned Jaco albums, get Black Market and Heavy Weather by Weather Report.

A Show Of Hands by Victor Wooten. Dont have it, but its all bass so I guess thats as bass driven as it gets.

Mahavishnu Ochestra - Visions of the Emerald Beyond has pretty tight bass too. I love that album

I know, I've been digging the Vail albums, they can be a bit cheesy but his slap skills are amazing and his tone is one of the best.
