Exactly what the title says. Im looking for a cheap decent 5 string bass with a 35" scale. Looking to spend within $500 not to much higher. I would like the bass to have a active preamp. I play heavyish alternative music.
Thanks

but im saying it would be more than i would like to pay. I also think they are discontinued so that could be a problem.
Any others?

Those are discontinued, but there have been replaced with the BTB455QM (which will be about the same price). Also there is now the BTB205, which will be cheeper. If you want to look used, look for a BTB1005.

The Elite, yes.
The deluxe is $400? The custom is around $450 I think.

I got mine for $500, so if your willing to shell out another hundred or so TS, i would suggest that. Love it to death. But Schecter also has some awesome not stiletto models too.haha, good luck with your search man,
