Hey
I'm kinda stuck with my practice routine. I'm always doing the same 1324, 4312, modes, worm exercises etc... and playing some TOOL/Opeth songs.
Any good sugestions for something new I can practice? And what do you practice?

Record.
Greatest practise tool I've come across.
Evening if you're going through a cheap microphone onto an audio cassette... grab a metronome, play and record. When you can listen to the sound you're putting out without having to concentrate on playing, you realise a LOT more about your playing.

That's a good idea josh.
I used to record Alex, but my recording method just sucks so I stoped doing it. I use a stereo jack-to-minijack from my headphone pluck in the amp to my soundcard = I can't hear what I'm playing when recording :(

How about finger speed drills, like play a 2 octave scale on only the g-string at quarter notes @ 60bpm. Then go to quarter note triplets. Then 8th notes, then 8th note triplets, then 16th then either 16th triplets, or you could do 16th quintuplets.
Also, this isn't really bass practice, but learning things by ear is a great way to train your listening skillz.

think of a line in your head, then figure it out by ear
