yeah, pretty cool that Simon got to be a zombie in Land of the Dead.
Shaun of the Dead is probably in my top 5 of favorite zombie movies for its sheer hilarity.

Shaun of the Dead is amazing. I generally don't find spoof movies to be very good, but it had me laughing.
I think the brittish accents helped/the level-of-ridiculousness

is that a good or bad thing about the accents??

I think I'm just about the only person I know who didn't find the film all that great. The jokes and gags didn't make me smile once, let alone laugh, and some were just unnecessary and seemed to be added in to get an extra laugh. I've never understood why everyone finds it so funny.

good. i thought they made it more ridiculous which is a good thing.
I like the way they tried to kill the first zombie they encountered: throwing vinyls and other assorted items at it.

It's a hilarious movie. Ahah, when they throw the records at the zombies and it smashes that guy in the head. That cracks me up every time.

I've never understood why everyone finds it so funny. This film is incredibly overrated. It's not bad but most of the actors in the film have been far better in other better things. I'd rather watch Spaced or Black Books or The Office. The humour in Shaun of the Dead is a toned down version of those programs.

Lies! While Shaun of the Dead is really brilliant and really funny, you can't top Monty Python & the Holy Grail. That movie's too funny for words. :smash:
