yes thats right i need a new one.. the on that i am using is broke.. it sucks.. so im suing a spare (that sucks a lot) and i have money so i want to buy a new one... so what kind should i get.. im looking at an iron cobra lever-glide.. but if there is anyone that is about the same price but better let me know k?? thanks for the help

Yamaha makes some solid stands, that's for sure.

Check out the 5000's, Iron Cobras, eliminators, flying dragons, etc.

I personally use the DW 9500. Its a bit pricey new, but it does come with a case, extra rods, a great clutch, and other accessories- not to mention its the smooth-est HH stand I've played to date. Try and grab one used.

Since its only $30-$40 more than the DW 5000TD, while it is a fantastic pedal, its hard for me to recommend over the 9500.
