Help! (Recording off pc)

I was wondering if anyone knows of any programs I can download to let me record audio off my pc. If got a video (floyd playing a version of interstellar overdrive) that id like to get a mp3 of.

If anyone here knows something that might help thst be great, I'm stumped.

i deleted my earlier posts now its in the right place. i think that some winamp plugins can do it..
