Need help with a movie quote

I posted this in the Pit, took a pair of flames, so I'm asking here:

I can't remember what movie this is from, all I remmeber it's 2 people who are sitting on a stoop (I think) together. This isn't the exact wording but I think it's close:

"If 2 people love each other, I mean really, truly, all the way love each other, but just can't seem to get it together, at what point does it get to be enough is enough? Never. The answer is never."

I just can't ****ing remember what this is from, and a googling was fruitless. Thanks for any help.
