I'm kinda confused.
I see lots of lyrics and read them, then look for the link to hear how they sound and work alongside the music so i can review them and can't find the music?
Is this just a lyric corner or am i mistaken when i read the title.. songwriting and lyrics?
Any help would be appreciated.
Johnny

Lyrics are in fact a form of poetry. Many people here write lyrics with music in mind, but the general consensus is that good lyrics stand on their own as good poetic works. This forum is here so that songwriters can improve their writing skills, where the primary focus is lyrics, though arrangement questions are not ruled out. This is not a forum for composition reviews, however, so we do not want any audio samples or anything like that unless it's accompanying lyrics and is provided after the fact. The Audio Arena is for critiques on actual music, not S&L/LC.
