the article was printed in this morning's copy of the Star Tribune.
You're supposed to read it.

Billy Franze is an idiot:)
Whatever you did to the link, it doesn't work. I read it, but I went back to re-read it and the link went to the registration page. I'm not registering to read it again... and I don't think many people are going to register to read it.
I did read it and must say, who the hell is Michael Bland?

I didn,t feel like reading it all. But if he has toured with Pricem, he has quite a bit of cash. That and being offered to play with your local texan anti-bushes.

I read that and I laughed. He's probably good, but he's not on drummer world so he must not be getting that much attention.
nonsense!

I don't get it why you posted it either. The guy from Soul Asylum called him the best drummer in the world, who cares? He wasn't like "SCIENTISTS FROM HARVARD HAVE PROVEN THIS MAN IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD" it's just something he said.
If that wasn't your point, I fail to see any comedic value/interesting facts from this thread :(

Damn, I didn't even know Soul Asylum was still together. I thought they broke up a long time ago.
All the stuff that people say on here or in the article mean nothing until we actually hear his drumming.

Well, Harvard doesn't have much, if any, of a science program. It is primaraly a law school.

I read that in my paper this morning as well, pretty interesting. Hes a great drummer and a real presence to see in person. He plays in the Twin Cities quite a bit.

Where you at, man? I'm in St. Cloud, it's good to see another MN drummer on here.

I don't get it what's so great about him. Sure he's another drummer, sure he can be good, but there's no way he's the best in the world. The best in the world has to be Canadian (cough!!!peartcough!!!).

wtf?
Yes they do, they have a great science program...
They are far more well known for their law school, but still, the science program is up there with some of the best in the country.
