I Need a Singer

Ok, here's my problem. I've been in a band with the same people for about a year now, and we've had the worst time trying to find singers. We've probably had a total of 9 people sing for us, and they eventually annoy us by slacking off so we kick them out. Is there any way to get a dedicated singer? Or any ideas of how to get a singer?
Im thinking about just taking vocal lessons myself, and we find a new bassist, cuz i can't sing and play at the same time... I want to be able to soley focus on one or the other.

Well, you could just pull a Geddy Lee or Roger Waters and do both..........

Other than that just be patient and keep going on, you cant expect the perfect band to drop in your lap, you ogtta work at it a little.

singers are probably the hardest to come by (if you want a decent one), so keep at it. i always say that bands are like relationships - you wouldn't expect to end up marrying your first girlfriend would you??
