Grudge (Crit for Crit)

Here's a new one, it's been a while since I've posted and the last one I posted didnt go over too well. I didnt expect it to go over any better, I know I'm not that good of a writer but I figured I might as well put some stuff up on here for criticizement...criticization...crit...something.. .I hope this one does better

The exit wound out of your soul

grip it or else it all comes down

It’s the engine for the vehicle you drive
It’s the sudden stop at the end
It’s the prize that you’d die to defend

The chains tugging on you
Your appendages tearing away
But the blade goes deeper in

Everyone’s grudge is the same
We drive the anger down
And it builds to a mountain

It’s what fills in this hole
It’s the nothingness with your soul
It’s the stone with which you rap the cage
The soul you fill with jaded rage

Themselves in burning rage

There’s nothing left to give
The world is going down with age
