I've beeen deceived. I heard a song going "let's WORK together" on the radio, which had the same music, but different lyrics and instead of "come on, come on, let's stick together" it said "come on, come on, let's work together".
I don't know if Roxy Music "wrote" 'Let's Stick Together', or someone else did, but whoever did blatantly copied!
Does anyone know what I'm talking about/can comment/agree/etc.?

Canned Heat wrote the song Let's Work Together in the late sixties. Awesome song. That's probably what you're talking about. Lyrics: "Together we stand, divided we fall, c'mon people, let's get on the ball, let's work together, c'mon, c'mon, let's work together." It's back by a powerful bluesy guitar riff and has a great short blues solo. It was in Forrest Gump in the New Years Eve scene with Lieutenant Dan and the hookers. That's how I got into Canned Heat:cool:.

I don't know the Roxy Music song though.

They're both covers of Wilbert Harrison's "Let's Stick Together"

The more heinous crime is Rogue Traders blatantly stealing "My Charona" by The Knack for their atrocious song "Watching You".

But one of them has different lyrics.
