these basses have balls. They can get pretty funky and have a great lowend as well.

SRX300 im not a fan on the OLP's tone.. its only worth it if you go Music Man...

the OLP I think is the best one for the job. I do think you could better save up some more money though.

It wasn't a question, more of a "I think OLP, but I am not completely sure, so I will add a question mark after the answer."

My mistake. Should've been more clear.

I have played the SRX300 and found it to be a very nice versitle bass with a pretty wide tonal range.

But with regards to the other 2 afraid I cant help.

I've heard a lot of negative reviews on the SRX, and a bunch of peeps on MX and elsewhere have whored their OLPs before, so I think the answer is obvious.

Out of those, get an OLP and pimp it out.

I recommend the Spector Legend with the bubinga top, though.

Black with a black pickguard (Trying not to be flashy :) ... If I got a color, I think I would get sick of it).. maple fretboard. 3 band EQ. It's a beauty... I'll post pics for you guys when it comes. It's a custom order because it's left-handed. $1150  (That's all my money.)

OLP

I love mine to bits and pieces.

I play in drop C on a constant bassis(SP?) with light guage strings, and only have to tune once a day.

Most basses, if you did that, would fall out of tune every 5 mins.

Calling someone a kleurling long ago lost its original meaning. These days it's equivalent to the way rappers call each other "n1ggers", just much less controversial. There's actually a band of coloured guys that call themselves "Kallitz".

Black/black/maple looks awesome. Second only to white/shell/rosewood. Do post pics when you get it.
