Well, it's time again boys. I've told many of you that my previous set up was the most comfortable and wouldn't be changed for a long while. Well, i got bored so i changed it up. I didn't have access to a camera so i made a video.

Astro (by Taye) in wine red.
Toms and snare refinished, bass with original wrap (making it interracial)
10x8.5, 12x9, 16x16.
14x5.5
22x16

Cymbals:
20" Zildjian K Heavy Ride
18" Zildjian Scimitar Crash Ride
16" Zildjian A Medium Crash
14" Sabian AA Rock Hats
14" Wuhan China (Holes Drilled)
10" Zildjian K Splash
8" Zildjian A Splash

I forgot to post the changes in the first post so i'll do it now.

What i did was move the 12" tom by my hats on the left. Because of this, i needed to change the position of the Scimitar/wuhan, so i moved them closer to the bass drum. I moved the 16" floor tom in towards the bass drum.

That's about it.

Now this setup has inspired my to get a second ride to slip into that spot right above the bass drum so that will be coming eventually as well...

its just annoying theres constantly a new thread showing something somebody has already thought of. i would, except i have no camera every other week and im poor and cant afford hardware to do what you do, like constantly switch heads, and get mad nice cymbals,my set up doesnt need to be changed so i dont need to change it for the heck of it.


drum phil is a totally different story than you. comprehending the amount of stuff on drumphil's kit gives me a headache, you dont have like 15 cymbals, and percussion, and all that fun stuff

Drumaster, shut up. There's no difference between Phil whoring his kit and Etp whoring his kit. Whoring is whoring. I don't think it'll make much of a difference if the prostitute is hot or not, she'll still get in **** if she gets caught. They obviously like to show off there kit because they take pride in it, that is a good thing. They probably change there set up because they need to experiment, without experimentation you'd probably be stuck playing the same thing over and over agian. It's nice to get new ideas by changing your set up, it'll make you a well rounded drummer. So there Drumaster!
