Awesome ska-punk outta Chicago. Memebers went on to form Lawrence Arms,
The Broadways, Honor System and, Alkaline Trio. They have a full self-titled anthology and its awesome. Their Reunion DVD comes out June 22 on Asian Man Records.

I've heard of Slapshot as "legendary" but never heard them.

Great band. I like anything brenden kelley is in basiclly. What members from slapstick and the broadways are in Honor System and Tricky Dick? I know they have members from the broadways and the lawrence arms but idk who. Theres a Metalhead in the Parking Lot is a good song.

Wow this is a coincidence! I was listening the Slackers today, and after them Slapstick came on and I listened to that. They're pretty good, I don't listen to them very much.

Slapshot is actually alright.

All the good bands from Chicagoa re just the same four guys under different names. Slapstick, Broadways, Larry Arms, and Alkaline Trio. Excluding Screeching Weasel since Ben Weasel is the only membber of that.

I got to hear of Slapstick through the Alkaline Trio. Their bassist was Dan Andriano from the Trio, who is one of my idols on the bass. I only have "Theres a Metalhead in the Parking Lot", but I'll be downloading those cheers!!
