Just to let everyone know that, tragically our friend and fellow band member, Alan Confrey died on Thursday night of a heart attack at the young age of 33.We had just arrived home that day from the SLF tour so, it's a consolation that he died at home. Anyone who knew Alan , knew that whatever he did , it was always at 100%.We love you brother. Messages of support etc.
can be left at our my space. (http://www.myspace.com/bloodorwhiskey)

This is terrible news. I met these guys and all of them were really good people. I would ask anyone who is a fan of this band to send a message, or leave a comment on their myspace to show them how much Alan and the band mean to their fans.

That's very sad :( I've never been a huge fan of them but they're well respected around these parts. I wonder what the cause of the heart attack was.

That is something. One of my favorite bands, too.

I liked what I've heard from them. Dying from a heart attack at 33 is pretty tragic.

Shame, i don't really like their music, but they're really cool guys. After the gig they played here they were hanging around drinking with their fans

That sucks. I always heard you reppin' these guys, but I still haven't checked them out. Looks like I owe it to 'em, now.
