View Full Version : Is my throne too low?

This is basically my old thread with correct pics but since no one was able to figure out if my seat and toms were too low since I posted an old pic, here are some pics of what my set really looks like now.

In these pictures you can see that I can't align my lowest rack tom with the other 2 because the bass drum is in the way. If I flatten the tom in the same fashion, it's much higher then the other two. My throne is broken and won't go any higher so I'm thinking if I get a new one, raise it up, then raise all my toms up accordingly, it'll be all good.

Sounds like you already know the answer and solution.

I'm not even going to look at the pics because it's all about finding the settings where you are comfortable. we can't tell you whether or not your throne is too low, because that has a lot to do with your comfort.

The pictures do nothing for me in relation to your throne, considering you can only see a glimpse of it in one of the pictures.

Well seeing the throne wouldn't matter since you wouldn't be able to see how tall I am anyway. I just wanna know if this is an usual sign to let me know I'm sitting too low.

dude, this is getting rediculious. its become an IQ test for you isnt it?

raise your gaddamn toms higher and align the big one first.

^ what he said, your toms are clearly far too high to angle like the rest.
