im wondering if anyone can reccommend a fairly cheap gig bag for my new iceman bass
I've tried a few and because of the iceman's extra pointy arse and enormous headstock, i can't get one to fit!
the length of the bass is about 125 cm - anyone got any suggestions?
cheers in advance:chug:

I have no idea.. but...
Can you post recordings of the iceman? I've always wanted to know what one sounds like, but guitar center doesn't have any.

you know what, id love to post some recordings....
...but...
its my first bass and having been playing now a whole 5 days, quite frankly its not worth the embarrasment
sounds sweet to me tho, throaty with a lot of reverb (maybe even too much - it is probably my technique but getting a note NOT to sustain is a real problem). plus, can i hear NECK DIVE? I've reinforced my bedroom floor with titanium after denting everything in the room when i forget to hold up the neck
edit: and with reference to the hardshell, i just spent my last £300 on the bass, i cant afford a shell for it

Sounds pretty sweet. I love that sustain that will continue into next week.
Ahh, but it's neck heavy?
That was my biggest beef with SG guitars. You probably get used to it pretty quick though..

i would suggest getting an extra large gig bag from your local music shop. If you have a daddy's junky music near you they have store brand gig bags that hold out alright. Just get one that's meant for a large bodied bass and i'm sure it'll fit.

 nice.
Have you checked out the hardshell? Seems like your best bet, and it's not TOO expensive.

It's a bugger isn't it :(
Try an acoustic guitar gigbag, or not
