I personally like "The Dillinger Escape Plan" but i dont know anyone who does.
I think they are pretty original and deserve some credit for that.
Anyway tell me why you like them or why you dont. Thankyou

You'll probably find more fans in the punk forum. I like them OK, but not enough to buy an album or anything.

I didnt find anything on them in the punk forum and plus i think they have more characteristics of a metal band so i put them here.

I've had Miss Machine for a while and i recently bought Calculating Infinity. I like Miss Machine more. I haven't listened to Calculating half as much though so that might change.
I have Calculating Infinity and love it. I should really get Miss Machine.

There actually was a thread on them in here a while back. You might get more discussion in there, let me see if I can find it.
EDIT: Yea it kinda fell off the face of the earth, but here it is:

I love the EP they did with Mike Patton. That guy is just such a genius.

EDIT: Post 2000I'm listening to that right now, currently playing 'When Good Dogs Do Bad Things', which is my favourite TDEP song.
They're one of my favourite bands, especially when they had Patton. Greg is good to, but Mike Patton and TDEP's music is a very good combination.

Indeed. I don't really like Greg's voice, but the music is fukin technical and I appreciate that.

Is it true that they changed vocalists? Both the cd's sound like the same dude to me.

Calculating Infinity, Miss Machine, and the Irony Is A Dead Scene EP all had different singers.
I really like the Patton EP. I don't casually listen to the others as much but they're still good. I know a bunch of people who love them.

I don't like them cause the vocalist isn't singing and his vocals are bad imo.

I like them. Took awhile to grow on me though.
