URGENT Rudiment question

ok, drum exam in about 3 hours, and i CANNOT get how the Drag and Stroke rudiment works.

can someone PLEASE tab it out or explain the feel of it for me?

i think its like this:

if it's the one i'm thinking of, the drags come before the beat, and the single strokes land on the beat. like this...

the two grace notes on the drag is just one ghosted double stroke, like a flam but double the grace note
