Rules:

Each member gets to hit one drum or cymbal for a full minute.
You record only that drum or cymbal.
You cannot pick more than one drum or cymbal.
You can hit that one drum or cymbal as many times as you want in the minute.
You can play with a click or without.

I can cut down files that are too long.

In this thread you will say what you have hit, and when you sent the file to me in the same post.

Do not give out the link to your file in here

After I recieve 4 or 5 tracks I will mix them together and will upload the completely random drum beats in this thread.


I have already made a track. I played a minute of hi hat.

if we get alot of people intrested I will make multiple tracks, and post them in here.

No. I want to see how random we can get it. Besides we would all have to be on the same tempo and time, Which is against the point of this.

i love doing things like this. i've been on a "trance binge" lately where i'll just get some simple melody line, add a bunch of effects to it, and put a completely random drumbeat underneath it. makes for some neat sounds.
