Ok, first post here in a while..

I need to adjust my truss rod due to overbow, the string height is therefore higher than it ought to be. So I have this OLP MM2 which has the adjust-thingy the the lower part of the neck, not at the headstock. How do I adjust it? A normal hex-tool didn't work.

thx:chug:

It seems like you just stick something in the hole and turn. When I looked at a stingray (which seems to have the same kind of thing), that's what it seemed like to me. Are you saying that a hex key didn't fit into it, or that a hex key wasn't turning it?

Both actually, but that it wont fit is the biggest issue

Then you need a different hex key ^_^

Seriously though. Are you using the one that came with the bass? Because if you are, then it should fit and something is wrong with the bass. If you're not, then I'd run to the hardware store and grab a different sized allen wrench.

Also, maybe get like different sized round thigns and see if those will turn it. Like maybe a paper clip or like a ball point pen? Try anything that looks like it'll fit into the hole.
