All sticks will be $10-$15 or so.

Any stick you should be able to get at your local music store.

Well...

No.

Go to a store, grab a bunch of name-brand (Vater, Pro-Mark, or Vic Firth) sticks of different sizes and woods and then go try em on an electronic kit (I don't know about yours, but I know my fav store has an electronic kit set up you can try out). Buy whatever pair feels the best.

Go onto ebay.co.uk type in stagg, find the sticks there theres a deal going for 4 pairs for £8 I reccomend the 5b-5a nylon tipped ones. Just buy thoose. Im only now on my first pair and there holding out nicely, Ive been rimshotting like a bastard as well. Nice feel to them and theres well 4 pairs lol.

Vic Firth American Hickory 5B Nylon Tip. Great sticks, I love 5Bs and after my wood tips snapped, I got Nylons to make sure it never happened again.

Thomas Lang Signatures are also good but are like baseball bats.

Ludwig American Hickory are incredibly durable sticks. I bought a pair about 6 years ago when I first started drumming, and I only broke them a few months ago.

Stagg sticks suck eggs, they aren't pitch paired or anything and damn unconmfortable to play with compared to a decent brand like vic firths or pro marks.
Vic firth vave weckyl sigs are my favourites but everyone has a favourite, just don't buy aheads as they wreck cymbals, drumheads and anythign else you hit them against.

The best thign you can do is go to a music shop and test a load out then if you want to save 2-3 quid buy them online.
