Anyone else who can't wait to see this? It looks like an awesome/funny movie. I can't wait for the critics to take it serious and tear it up.

I'll more than likely end up seeing it. It looks pretty good.

Looks pretty good, I hope it would be as good as Shaun of The Dead.

I actually came very close to making a thread about this earlier. I think it looks pretty good.

Hm... it does sound funny. The part in the trailer where the girl screams

"THE WORMS ARE IN HER BRAIN!"

is hilarious.

I'm a Shaun of the Dead fan.

I'm a Firefly fan.

Nothing more to say. I've got my twenty pre-paid tickets. :)

What exactly does Firefly have to do with this?

Is this a comedy film then? Is it a remake of a 70s film, because I'm certain I saw a 70s version of this a few years ago on TV?

Hmm, I think you thinking of night of the creeps (80s)

I thought the same thing with the slugs infecting peoples brains.

No that isn't it. It's totally the same storyline. In the film I saw, it was slugs that entered people through their gentals and turned them into horny (and violent) beings, who made out/did it, so that the parasite could pass into the new host. I reckon it might have had Kris Kristofferson in it.

I just got back from seeing it. In my opinion, don't waste your money. It had some cool special effects, but overall it wasn't that great. The story had potential, but the zombies were lame and the ending was laughable.

Eh, i'm still going to see it tonight. I love about 99% of horror/cheesy movies so who knows.

I've been following this movie for like a year. I'm so glad the movie came out today! I'm seeing it next week sometime.. At least I better, or I'm eating someone's baby fetuses.

And in the local newspaper with movie reviews, it actually got 3 out of 4 stars. I think it's the first horror film that has gotten a good review in years.

I just got back from it. Very good. Much in the vein of classic B-movie horror. The only problems were a noticeable lack of nudity (come on, it's already rated R. Why not go all out?) and that there were breaks in between scenes that seemed like they were planning for it to come out to TV and had worked commercial breaks into the movie

That would be some tempting entertainment.

You don't get it at all.

You should have known better than to see this movie really, you should have seen the preview and known well enough not to go. :-/

to people who know what kind of movie it is: Good movie, worth seeing.
