a click.. or hell, go do something else, maybe it's an off day
Everyone has their bad days. Just take a break and dont get frustrated or anything. Itll pass. These things happen.

Are you practicing with a click? Counting outloud? These are important things to do.

that heppanes to me too, once in a while.
Like i wont be able to keep up a dbl bass running at all, i feel all rhythmless.
On bad days I usually go work on something I would never work on a regular basis. Or clean my drum room a bit and just keep it at that.
the wise Danny Carey once said (rough quote) : "I never practiced drums when I was feeling bad or had a bad mood. They are to special for that"

i have off days every now and then where i cant hit the drums quite right or i hit the rims and my hands. sometimes i even hit my left hand on my high hat and that cuts it up pretty bad. usualy only last a day though.
