I dont know what makes some BAD movies easy to watch & others like fingernails on a chalkboard.

Arnolds one liners & B-Movie acting may have helped make it funny.

It's one of those ones that's so bad it's good. A few years ago, TBS showed all the Batman movies from the late '80s and the 1990s all in one go, it was awesome, I stayed up until like two in the morning watching it.
