making a filter china

So i saw Meinls filter china with the holes, and its supposed to give a quick sharp rsponse with almost no sustain. Just wondering if this would work by drilling some hole in my Wuhan? Thoughts?

its gonna trashy it up a good bit (even more). i assume you're doing it on your china? wuhans chinas don't ring enough imo as it is..

Though unfortunately mine is cracked in three places because i kept it too tight on the stand...so im getting a new one...

make sure there is even spacing between each hole and make sure the holes are in the middle of the bow...
