does anyone know any exercises specifically for backsticking improvement??

im trying to get good at it, now im just doin 1 on a hand with and without backsticking... also doing 1 hand backstick and then 2 on a hand normal.

any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Just watch Jeff Queens videos on the vic firth website, he shows you how to do them :)

your right i already know the answer but im not looking for you to tell me what to do, im looking for tips on how i should go about doing this so that i can put them into my routine for practicing :chug:
