... would this be any good to use as a ride cymbal?
I'm getting 13" s series hats, looking at possibly a 14" or 15" crash and also a ride.
What you think? :amaze:

I have an 18" S series...What do you mean by ride? If you mean just the tip of the stick...to me I have tried it and doesnt sound good. If you mean crash riding with the shoulder of the stick, to me its just too trashy and has too many overtones to sound good. Its just mushy mess of noise. Its good as just a regular crash for like one hit. Thats just me though. Just get a wuhan trad ride..:chug:

It would an extremely nice light ride, idea for a jazzy wash
Anything else though leave it as a crash!
