I've heard a lot about these two albums...But I can't find the artist...

Dizzy Gillespie does A Night In Tunisia Right?

And who did Caravan? Other "Must Have" Jazz, Funk albums I should Look into?

I'm going for those two, The Philidelphia Experiment, Soulive, Tower Of Power, Sly and The Family Stone. Any more suggestions? I have Kind of Blue-Miles Davis and a Love Supreme- John Coltrane along with some other jazz people which aren't as well known. Blues is nice too.. Open to blues albums... But if you could just answer my first two that would be great. Thanks;)

EDIT: I just found the jazz suggestion thread. I'll look into those, now im really confusd on who did A Night In Tunisia. Gillespie or Byas?

"A Night In Tunisia" is the name of a tune written by Dizzy Gillespie. It is also the name of albums by Art Blakey and Don Byas.

"Caravan" is a tune by Duke Ellington. It is also the name of an album by Art Blakey.

Because both are associated with Blakey, I'm assuming that's what your previous recommendation referred to.
