lately im getting no practice because new things have come up in my life and i cant play past 8 o clock so is there a way to practice without making to much noise i cant afford a practice pad im flat broke

Use your mouse pad. Drum on your knees. Listen to a lot of music and pretend your drumming.

Yea, drum on a pillow or mouse pad or something...
Not nearly as fun, but it's still good practice.

get some pads like Lime said, and put some pads on ya drum kit too!

i lost my practice pad somehow so i just use my mouse pad. it works great and is quieter than the practice pad.

pillows are always a good way to gain speed/endurance/work on technique.

Get a piece of wood and size it down to the size of the mouse pad. and then glue, or nail the mouse pad to the wood. Making a home made practice pad.

Or just tape a mousepad to a surface that your at a comfortable level playing at. Like where your keyboard should be thats where my practice pad is.

Though my keyboard is at like bottom of rip cage height.

get a job and buy a practice pad.
get a job and buy some rehearsal space at a local studio.
