They sound like sex.

The sound of a drum isnt really supposed to be standard. The ring of the snare and the sound of the drums rely on tuning to make them sound good.

Does the snare ring? What kind of question is this? Of course the snare rings! I have a feeling we have a duct taper on our hands. I have a Tama Starclassic Performer, which is Birch and it sounds great for about 4 days until it slips out of tune.

I'd kill myself if I duct taped my drums.
I actually care about the looks.
I've gotten very good publicity at places that I performed, because my drums were tuned so well :P

^Haha, clever man

They sound great, and if you're an ace tuner like you say, they should sound amazing as they are quality crafted drums :thumb:

...you care about the effects of duct tape on sound, too, right?
