Trying something new

I've been a rock musician for about 5 years now. And while I have only wrote rock based music I have always been a little curious of what it is like to write hip hop. I love hip hop music to death but could never really bring it out of me. Very recently that all changed as more and more of my music has had a more hip hop sound and to be honest I'm liking it a lot. While I understand that most of the musicians here listen to and play rock music I thought I would post this here anyways. It's about a minute long with two hip hop riffs that I think are pretty decent but of course could use some work. Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
