Anyway I finished this a few days ago, give it a listen pls.

Also, would you play this? Maybe even like a standart?

It's called "Jaz", maybe because it's a breed between classical music and jazz, so it's not really jazz. But I'm probably going to change the title. so yeah

um what

if you mean theyre not in tune then yes,

the piano probably hasnt been tuned since the ussr, and the flutist is not very good... i dont like her tone too.

but this was recorded like... on 3rd take I think, meaning theyve seen the sheet music only once before, and the recording was their second time.

I am just being a jack-*** but its not flutist, it is flautist. Sorry but its something that bothers me when people don't get that stuff correct.

A lot of people might not agree with me, but I think someone with a Parker flavor could blow that wide open. As I listened, I pictured a version somewhat like something from Charlie Parker's -With Strings-
But the flute doesn't work very well in my opinion. Maybe it would work if the piano was recorded with a seperate microphone so it could be turned up. A good saxophonist or even violin would sound better, but I assume this is all you have to work with. I know how that goes.
I would play it as a standard, but it wouldn't sound very good on guitar.

nah, I have quite a lot of possibilities for instruments.

I think on the recording, it's that flautist's (flutist's) fault, I don't like her tone, phrasing etc. Also, the quality of the instruments and the recording isn't good.

Maybe a sax would fit... but I can't really imagine the violin sounding applicable... I just think it doesn't even fit with the mood.
