What do you mean by potential? Do you mean, do we all think you're going to get signed, or just be a good band? Everyband has potential to be a great band, but about .0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 00001 get signed. It's tough to get into. You sound pretty good, but go to school. You don't want to be 30, working at a 7/11 because you were in a good band once.

The timing was fairly bad.

Very well put.
Only because I'm speaking from experience. It's not 7/11, but it's retail.

Yeah you might get signed, but only because you sound like every other pop-punk band I've heard.

you don't want to get signed when you're 14. you won't get signed at 14. but the path you're taking shows lots of potential for the future. just keep working and try your best.

Most likely you'll never get signed no matter how good you are. But considering the fact that you're 13 or 14, it's not bad. Just be sure to practice thoroughly and pull the music together before throwing money to some amateur recording engineer.

nice band...way better than i thought first...but no vocals? ? ? ...o well I can see on the photos that you guys do sing....nice keep it up, make nice songs. Being 14 and being able to organize yourselves to start up a band and record some songs is really neat...I wish I had people on my age who would play with me =P xD

While that is nicely put it is no reason not to give it your all. Sure at age 13/14 you should stay in school, but once u get to about 18/20/25 like past school even if you end up in a 7/11 your whole life you still have to go for it otherwise you will never be in the .0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 000000000001 who do get signed. otherwise youll never know if you could have been in that .0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 1
From what im seeing here, if you guys stay togethor through school and work on you talents you definately have potential... your already alot better than some band who are 16/17 or even 20/21. i think all you need to do is work on appearance, play gigs on weekends and keep at it :D
But yeah, for your age.. do stay in school :P

you cant get in trouble over a track name - a band name would be a problem

I only listened to that first track but I think it has real potential. Very current sounding, in the emo-ish genre, but not cheesy(though the vocals are what often cheeses up some of these songs). Keep working at it, but DON'T sacrifice education in order to pursue this full time, you guys are so young that none of you will even be thinking/feeling the same things in 10 years.
Don't give it up though, sounds like there's some real good talent there.

You guys sound prettty decent. I'd like to hear some vocals though. For 13/14, you put people around my age in my area to shame that's for sure.

Contracting Polio- Nice and melodic, pretty well thought out. But it does sorta sound like tons of other pop-punk bands...which are all sorta the same. I can't think of anything that could make it better, so that's a good thing. Good job, and keep it up and I hope you try and write more technical stuff :)

This is good advice, but some people SHOULD be playing music no matter what, the select few of us that have something significant to give to the music world. And im not saying that I'm one of those people, but if you are 35 working in a gas station or whatever, I'd say thats cool, because you did what you wanted to do...even though you sucked :chug:
