Microphones/cables/amp

Hey what are some good Microphones cables and amps im new to the singing deal but i recently found out im not bad at it and i need one for band practice i also play bass which is irrelliavent but i am just letting you people know.

Wrong forum dude. This is for lyrics and songwriting, not singing. As for mics...I've got a peavey mic that works pretty well and it was pretty cheap too...cable came with it. If you're looking for something cheap that works that'd be a good choice, I say. Other than that...

I asked someone else and he recomended a shure mic.
