k, so im doing a porfolio paper on how something works.

naturally being a bassist bass was the first thing that popped into my head.so i was wondering of any of you luthiers could give me an in depth view into how a bass works or point me in the direction of a site that has a very detailed explanation of how the bass works,produces its sound, ect.
