Hey guys I have a problem I hope someone here can help me with. What I'm trying to do is recording my bass to my pc through my amp, but it doesn't work. I go from the 'out'-slot on my amp to the mic input on my pc, but when I open the windows sound recorder there's no signal. I have absolutely no idea what to do, so help will be grately appreciated. Thnx :chug:

mine did this... can you see the little language bar thing on your bottom toolbar? right click it, select "restore language bar" then right click microphone and then make sur it says mic on... basically my laptop's mic adapter was not active. maybe that's the same with yours too.

Most computer have both mic and line in... Use the line in when recording.

thnx for the replies, I have changed the input from mic to line in, but it still didn't work. Then I asked the guitarist who lives in the same building for his POD, and now it is working! So I guess there's a problem with my amp? that would suck. But hey thank you all! If you ever come to Belgium I'll buy you all a beer :chug:

I tried to connect my amp to my pc. It didn't work except when I put the cable half way in the output of the amp. My amp works perfect in combination with a headphone though.
